Welcome to our light-filled retreat only minutes away from all of downtown San Antonio’s main attractions! Our home has been tastefully renovated from the ground up and has the perfect balance of timeless charm and modern luxury
This spot is perfect for families and groups (small pets allowed for an extra fee) to kickback and relax. This home is in an older, up and coming urban area. It is rough around the edges like a lot of downtown neighborhoods, but is close to everything.
The Space
This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home has been fully renovated from the ground up. The cozy living room (with pull out couch) opens to a dining room with a great table for games. The dining room flows seamlessly into a bright, modern kitchen with a breakfast nook and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has been tastefully designed with open wood shelves, beautiful tile backsplash, and mixed metal finishes.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and huge walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have a queen and full bed, respectively and share the second bathroom. Each bedroom has their own Smart TVs! There is also a laundry room off the kitchen with a washer/dryer and extra towels.
